Author's Note
Hi, I’m Urvi—a junior at the University of Michigan studying Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience (BCN) with a minor in Writing. My work often explores the intersections of identity, culture, and human connection, drawing from my experiences as an Indian American. Whether I’m reflecting on the complexities of generational love, the nuances of language, or the challenges of navigating two worlds, my writing seeks to foster understanding and empathy.
When I’m not writing, you can find me collaborating on advocacy projects, experimenting with new mediums, or searching for the perfect metaphor to capture life’s messy beauty. I believe in the power of stories to connect us—and I hope mine inspire you to share your own.
